Leadership Development
To coach future leaders, we design, develop and deliver training programs that are specifically tailored to the needs of the organization. Based on our vast experience, we assess the needs of the multigenerational workforce and create a need-based training program that incorporates spiritual wisdom for deep impact. Sessions are designed to assist leaders build a strong persona and offer workable solutions to their workplace challenges which are holding them back. Participants' shared learning is emphasized as a means of overcoming both professional and personal obstacles in order to support the organization's sustained growth. The programs include Executive Leadership, Mid career Leadership, Elementary Leadership and Women Leadership.
Functional programs
​In order to groom newly recruited bank employees to work from the first hour of their employment, we create, develop, and implement functional programs for seamless branch operations. We also design advanced level programs for senior workforce based on organizational business requirements in general banking, foreign exchange, credit, retail banking, digital banking, recovery, business ethics, marketing skills, customer centricity, risk management, human resources, audit, and compliance, In order to help trainees better grasp classroom dynamics, training need analysis, creative and effective techniques, training evaluation and active engagement, we also offer basic and advanced level customized training programs. We also offer training programs for retirees.
People Soft Skills
We provide training programs that are both cost-effective and goal-oriented in order to improve employee effectiveness, productivity, and engagement. The holistic wellness of employees continues to be the top priority. Employees' contributions to the growth of the organization are not optimal until they feel physically charged, mentally engaged, emotionally stimulated, and spiritually uplifted for their holistic wellness. In our module-based training courses, we actively groom participants in decision-making, team-building, growth mindset, communication, stress management, emotional intelligence, negotiating techniques, workplace spirituality, happiness navigation, and personal brand creation. We also conduct Faculty Induction & advance level Train The Trainer programs.
